We are searching for Physicians, Nurses, Paramedics, EMTs, First Responders, and Ham Radio Volunteers for the events listed below.   As part of the emergency medical services, you will be providing Emergency Medical Service.

MS Walk – National MS Society

Volunteers are needed to staff First Aid Stations for these walks.  These are held in the morning and volunteers are done by early afternoon.  We have 3 walks to cover this year on 2 different dates.  Please see below:

  • Downtown Cleveland – 04/10/2010
  • Akron (Blossom Music Center) – 04/24/2010
  • Mahoning Valley (Canfield Fairgrounds) – 04/24/2010

March of Dimes – March for Babies

Volunteers are needed to staff First Aid Stations for these walks.  These are held in the morning and volunteers are done by early afternoon.  This will be held on 04/25/2010.

Greater Cleveland Asian Festival

3-5 volunteers are needed to staff First Aid Stations for this event.  This will be held on 05/22/2010.

Greater Cleveland Triathlon

Volunteers are needed to staff the bike portion of this event.  This is held in the morning and volunteers are done by early afternoon.    This event is held in the northern Lake County area.  This is held on 08/08/2010.

Tour De Cure

Volunteers are needed to staff the bike tour.  This event is held in the northern Summit County area.  This is held on 06/13/2010.

Bike MS: Pedal to the Point Ride 2010 - National MS Society

The Ohio Buckeye Chapter of the National MS Society will be holding its MS “Pedal to the Point” Bike Ride. This event is a unique cycling adventure that challenges riders of all ages, levels and abilities while also raising money to end the devastating effects of Multiple Sclerosis (MS).  We are searching for Physicians, Nurses, Paramedics, EMTs, First Responders, and Amateur Radio Operators to Volunteer for this event. As part of the emergency medical services, you will be providing Communications and/or Emergency Medical Service along the route and/or at First Aid Stations located at the rest stops.   The bike ride is from Berea to Sandusky.  We will need to have approx 40 medical volunteers and 50 communications volunteers.   This is held on 08/14/2010 & 08/15/2010.

Cleveland Kite Festival

Volunteers are needed for the Cleveland Kite Festival.  This event is held at Edgewater State Park in Clevealnd.  It will be on Sept 11 & 12.  The hours are from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Komen Race For The Cure
