Komen Race for the Cure – Sep 11, 2010 (Cleveland)

Once again, Medical & Communications volunteers are needed for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Race for the Cure® (Northeast Ohio Affiliate).

DATE & TIME: Saturday, 11 September 2010  -  Fire Shift “B” - 06:00 am to 12:00 noon

WHERE: Wolstein Center – Corner of Prospect Avenue & East 21st Street

MEDICAL Volunteers needed to staff two First Aid Stations (to volunteer you must hold a State License  as First Responders, EMTs, Paramedics, or Nurses)

COMMUNICATIONS: Amateur Radio volunteers are needed.  You will need 440 MHz (70 cm) mobile or handheld equipment.

PLEASE CONSIDER VOLUNTEERING. This is a short event, but it is a huge event too.  Typically there are 30,000+ participants and spectators.  We need your help to ensure a safe Race.
